Training and Experience
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, working with adults and couples in both English and Persian (Farsi). I offer therapy in person and virtually.
I believe meaningful healing begins within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship—one where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I am intentional about creating a warm, steady, and non-judgmental space where people can explore their experiences at a pace that feels both manageable and empowering.
My work is integrative, relational, and trauma informed. I collaborate closely with clients to deepen understanding of emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the ways earlier experiences continue to influence present-day challenges. With couples, I focus on strengthening communication, increasing emotional safety, and helping partners step out of reactive cycles and into more attuned, meaningful connection.
Clients often describe our work together as thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in real-world application. I balance insight with practical tools, supporting clients in building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating—to themselves and to others. You don’t have to navigate this alone; therapy can be a place to feel supported while creating lasting change.
