Hello, I’m Tingting.
My personal path—from growing up in mainland China to studying and living in both Canada and Hong Kong—has given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of life’s transitions. These cross-cultural experiences shaped my ability to meet people with empathy, especially when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the financial sector, where I witnessed firsthand how high-functioning individuals often struggle silently. Now, I help clients navigate emotional challenges, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel truly seen and supported. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you shift old patterns, manage difficult emotions, and move toward what feels most meaningful.
