This therapy program is for couples who are not currently in crisis but want to strengthen their bond, enhance emotional intimacy, and develop effective communication strategies. Whether you are navigating everyday relationship challenges or simply looking to grow together, this workshop provides a safe, supportive space for couples to work through obstacles and reconnect on a deeper level.
What You Can Expect
- Master Communication Skills: Learn how to recognize and transform harmful patterns of communication, such as criticism and defensiveness, into opportunities for connection. Practice using tools like gentle startup and active listening for more effective, compassionate conversations.

Program Details:
- Dates: Two Saturdays- January 25th, and February 1st, 2025.
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day
- Location: Newmarket Therapy Centre. 436 Queen Street, Newmarket, ON
- Cost: $1000.00 per couple ($500.00 each)

Drawing from Gestalt Therapy and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Jason works with couples to foster deeper emotional connection by helping them communicate authentically, embracing vulnerability, and sharing their true selves. With a belief that healing comes through genuine, heartfelt communication, he creates a safe, playful, and engaging space where couples can explore new perspectives, strengthen their bond, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Jason brings creativity, humour, and a lighthearted approach to therapy, helping clients navigate challenges with openness and a sense of possibility.
Eva Molawka MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist, Couples Therapist
Eva Molwaka is an experienced psychotherapist with 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Specializing in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Eva helps couples gain a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences, creating awareness of the patterns and behaviours that shape their relationships. With a strong mindfulness and compassion-based approach, she integrates mind, body, and spirit in her work, helping clients develop a holistic sense of self. Eva believes that healing within relationships begins when couples take responsibility for their own emotional well-being and learn to authentically create lives of purpose, meaning, and connection.
