About Ghazaleh

Ghazaleh Bozorg is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Newmarket Therapy Centre, working with adults and couples in both English and Persian (Farsi). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, alongside a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science — bringing a uniquely broad and considered perspective to her clinical work.

Ghazaleh believes meaningful healing begins within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship — one where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. Knowing that beginning therapy can feel daunting, she is intentional about creating a warm, steady, non-judgmental space where people can explore their experiences at a pace that feels both manageable and empowering.

Lasting change happens when people feel understood within a supportive relationship. You don't have to navigate this alone — therapy can be a place to feel supported while creating real, lasting change.

Clinical Approach

Ghazaleh's work is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. She collaborates closely with clients to deepen understanding of emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the ways earlier experiences continue to influence present-day challenges. With couples, she focuses on strengthening communication, increasing emotional safety, and helping partners step out of reactive cycles and into more attuned, meaningful connection — drawing on the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused approaches to relationship work.

Clients often describe their work together as thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in real-world application. Ghazaleh balances insight with practical tools, supporting clients in building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating — to themselves and to others.
