Chris works under the assumption that people hold within them significant insights which, through intentional guidance and exploration, can lead to personal growth. He assists client in a collaborative manner to promote self-understanding and compassion through a variety of different therapeutic models, including:

Training & Experience
Chris began his educational journey at the University of Guelph in which he completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. He then went on to pursue a post-graduate certificate program for Addictions and Mental Health (ADMH) at Durham College and thereafter completed his Masters of Arts and Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University.
Chris has experience working in a variety of different setting, including as a support worker at a house for individuals with ASD and an addictions counsellor at an in-patient treatment centre. He has more recently developed his skills as a psychotherapist seeing clients on an individual basis.
